Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During festive seasons, sales, or high-order periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotional offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable). Tracking details may take a few hours to become active after dispatch.

We use trusted courier partners through Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details. VERDIA Jewels will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or customer unavailability. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned parcels.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the package and product. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
